within the past four days, in my yahoo! inbox, I have seven emails from ate Anna Rojas and one from Dr. Nina Rojas. haha. They're so fun. We shall finally meet on Friday. :)

I'm excited. Her emails are always filled with kwento, I'm looking forward to meeting her personally. I told her to make a list of what she intends to tell me about because in her emails she always has a "I shall tell you about ____ when we meet." haha, as in. :) Yay.

The psycho-social group of Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan (SLB) is looking for volunteers who is available to go to the disaster sites in Bicol this March 2-4 for psycho-social follow up.

 

So if you have:

- counseling background either as a course, training or actual practice

- time to undergo an orientation on March 1, 6-8pm

- no sickness and is physically fit and psychologically healthy and resilient

- the capacity to work under pressure, changes, surprises and stressful conditions

 

Please join us!

 

Peer counselors/college students can volunteer as long as the abovementioned requirements are fulfilled.

 

Volunteers below 18 years old should submit parent/s consent (you can get the waiver form from SLB).

 

Departure from Manila is on Friday, March 2, 8pm. The group will be back by Monday, March 4 morning around 5am.

I'm writing a paper for philo. Guess what, it was due this morning.

it's nice to see that the march 7 project is moving along. I know Alyana and I are the project heads, pero yun, di ko na nakakamusta. I've been running around school for requirements kasi. Hay. Ang hirap ng groupwork pala kapag ako lang walang laptop. Promise, siguro mas naging efficient at mas maaga kami natapos kung nakakapagtrabaho na ako agad. Ang nangyayari kasi ay sinusulat ko sa papel muna, tapos kapag may libreng computer either from my two groupmates, ayun itatayp ko na. Hay. hanggang kelan kaya ito? sabi nga ni Audrey sakin benta nalang niya laptop niya sa akin. 30K raw. eh di naman pwede.

sa ngayon kailangan tiisin ang mga papel at report. may mahihiraman naman eh.

Happy Birthday teJenica! :) ang fun nung picture kaya ito ang nilagay ko. hehe. :) kuha yan nung SBS natin sa SacSE last school year. Ang saya natin diba? Isa sa mga bagay na nami-miss ko ngayon ang samahan natin sa SacSE dati. Haha, na-miss.

Isa sa mga fondest memory ko sa iyo ay noong binilin mo sa akin ang SacSE bago ako mag-sophomore year, at bago ka umalis pa-JTA mo. Ang dami mong binilin sa akin, at marami naman akong natutuhan. Sana kahit papaano ay naalagaan at napatakbo ko ang minamahal nating committee sa way na gusto mo. :)

May lunch pa tayong super super overdue! :) Schedule natin kapag hindi na tayo masyadong busy.

- Calatagan paper na di ko pa rin maisip saan magfofocus at paano gagawin ang framework.
- History report part, tungkol sa history ng Filipino drama. Mukhang madali pero marami pa rin kasing babasahin para masulat ko yun, eh mas marami pa rin ang para sa polsci.
- Dapat halos tapos na ang mini-thesis, na parang mas mahirap pa sa totoong thesis dahil ang komplikado ng mga bagay. :( waah, due na ito sa susunod na araw. Bahala na, mamamatay na kaming lahat (mga studyante ng research methods).
- Meeting with my polsci groupates ng 9-1030.
